Overview
1000 series aluminum is regarded as commercially pure aluminum. It contains a minimum of 99% aluminum with relatively no alloying additions. 1000 series aluminum is non-heat treatable, but this material exhibits high electrical and thermal conductivity, excellent corrosion resistance and excellent workability.
